The Paid Subscription feature is available for all channels. You may subscribe using supported payment method or with Lemons.
How do I subscribe?
- Find the the channel that you would like to subscribe to.
- Click the "Subscribe" button under the stream.
- Click the blue "Subscribe" button on the menu.
- Select Payment month option to purchase your subscription.
- To pay using your Lemons, please select "More Methods".
How do I see who I am subscribed to?
- Click on your avatar in the upper right hand corner.
- Click "Subscriptions". You will be able to see who you are subscribed to & what date the subscription will auto renew.
How do I cancel a paid subscription?
- Locate the subscription you would like to cancel and click on the vertical ellipsis.
- Click "Cancel Auto Renew".
Users who subscribe through the DLive APP have to cancel their subscription through the DLive APP. Open the app, go to “Profile”, and then click “Subscription”. Under the “My Subscriptions” tab, locate the subscription you would like to cancel and click on the vertical ellipsis. Then Click “Cancel Auto Renew”.
