What Are Diamonds and Coins?

Diamonds
- Sources: Obtained through fiat top-ups, platform activity rewards, treasure chest claims, referral bonuses (excluding creator revenue share from gifts/subscriptions).
- Uses: Can be used on DLive to purchase virtual gifts, subscribe to a channel, or add to Treasure Chests. Diamonds cannot be withdrawn or directly converted into Coins.
Coins
- Sources: Virtual currency generated from the appreciation of viewers.
- Uses: Coins can be redeemed within the platform for certain features or balances, or converted into Diamonds for continued engagement. Coins are not spendable directly in chats, gifts, or subscriptions.

Where Can I View My Transaction History?

1. Hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner of the DLive website, then click the “Wallet” button.

2. On the Diamond tab, you can view all your Diamond transaction history.

3. On the Earnings tab, you can view all your Coin transaction history.

How Can I Get my Streamer Rewards?

How Can I Purchase Diamonds?

On web
1. Click "+" button next to your Diamond balance.

2. Select the amount of Diamond you wish to buy and the Payment Provider.

3. Click the "Pay" button.
4. Fill in your details and complete the payment process.
5. Once the payment has completed, you will be redirected back to DLive.

3. Select the amount of Diamond you wish to purchase
4. Finish the payment process
