This article will cover how to prevent selected users from redeeming chest rewards from your channel.
1. Click on the "Go Live" button on the top right side of the page to go to your dashboard.
2. Click the "Moderation" button on the left side panel.
3. Search the username of the user that you want to mute / prevent from redeeming chest rewards, the user doesn't need to have previous chat history to be added into the list.
4. Enable the "Stop muted users from redeeming Treasure Chest" and the listed user will no longer be able to redeem the chest reward from your channel.
