Sticker Requirements:
- Sticker has to be less than 1000x1000 pixels;
- File formats: GIF, JPG, PNG;
- Under 5MB in Size;
- All stickers must adhere to our Service Guidelines
- Please DO NOT add/upload the default gifting animation on DLive as the sticker.
Uploading the sticker:
- First of all, this is a Verified Partner and Global Partner only feature.
- After logging in to your DLive account, you have to go to your dashboard by clicking the Camcorder 🎥 icon which is located on the top right corner
- You will be directed to your channel’s dashboard. “Emote & Sticker” button will be listed on the left panel of the dashboard page;
- By going to the sticker section as shown below, you can add stickers by clicking the ➕ sign:
- Normal channel stickers (a total of 20 can be added);
- Sub exclusive stickers (a total of 10 can be added);
- After clicking any of the ➕ signs, you will be displayed the field below where you can drag and drop your sticker.
- If the sticker was not successfully uploaded, you will be displayed the reason as an error on the bottom right corner;
- If the sticker was successfully uploaded, it will be listed on the chosen sticker type and you will be displayed “Successfully uploaded” message on bottom right;
