Sticker Requirements:
- File formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG;
- Under 2MB in Size;
- The offline banner must adhere to our Service Guidelines
- Verified/Global partnership;
Uploading the sticker:
- First of all, this is a Partner (either Verified or Global) only feature;
- After logging in to your DLive account, you have to go to your dashboard by clicking the Camcorder 🎥 icon which is located on the top right corner;
- You will be directed to your channel’s dashboard. “Stream channel” button will be listed on the left panel of the dashboard page;
- After you enter the Stream Channel section, “Offline Banner” will be displayed as shown in the picture below;
- After you click the “Upload” button, you will be requested to select the banner. After the banner is uploaded, you can adjust it and click “Done” button.
- After clicking the Done button, your new banner will be saved and displayed as your offline banner.
